Largest ship ever call of Costa Serena Call to Vladivostok

Intermarine Cruise Ferry Management Corp. proudly announce that our partner company International Cruise Service Vladivostok LLC, successfully handled the call of cruise vessel  “Costa Serena” cruise ship operator Lotte tour development as a shore service agent in the port of Vladivostok.

Lotte Tour Development is the largest cruise and tourism operator in Asia and regularly charter cruise ships in the Far East since 2009.

The "Costa Serena" cruise ship with a capacity of 3,600 passengers is the largest cruise ship in history that ever entered the Russian port of Vladivostok and there were fears that the border clearance would last for 5-6 hours. Unfortunately, such a situation is quite regular in other ports of the region and happened in Vladivostok in the past.

On May 12, 2018, thanks to the well-coordinated work of all services and the professionalism of the host company, more than 3,000 passengers passed border control in less than 2 hours, which is an absolute record for the port of Vladivostok.

After passing necessary formalities tourists from South Korea, went on an excursion to the city. To this end, the company "International Cruise Service Vladivostok", deployed 79 buses, 85 guides and more than 130 people of staff personnel for the quality provision of tourist programs.
