InterMarine Service was established in 1999 under the brand name of “S – Continental”, doing shore excursions and private arrangements in St-Petersburg and Moscow. Occasionally the company served quite a few passengers ships, yachts and ferries.

Since 2010 company was acquired by PMI group (The St. PETERSBURG MUSICAL INDUSTRY) to serve cruise ship “SC Atlantic” with regular casino voyages from St. Petersburg (three times a week departures) and Tallink Silja ferries. More than 200 calls served on the piers of old Passenger Terminal and Marine Façade.

In 2012 company was acquired by new owners and was rebranded and restructured with 50% of the share has been transferred to new company executives with extensive experience in cruise business and great legacy of ex-management of Inflot World Wide group and St.Peter Line cruise ferry line. From July 2013 InterMarine Service is managing vessels of Paradise Cruise&Ferry company and planning to start new passenger ferry line on Black Sea an April 2014 with Ro Ro passenger ferry Isabella I.

M/v Poseidon Express has successfully started the regular service at new line Samsun Turkey and Russian port Novorossiysk with passengers and Ro-Ro cargo on board. The service is scheduled two times a week and planned volumes will be 20 000 passengers and 25 000 trucks a year.

A new Cruise & Ferry Line in the Black Sea in May 2014

A new Crimea - Caucasus cruise & ferry line will start in May 2014 and has the following route: Batumi – Sochi – Yalta – Odessa – Yalta – Sochi – Batumi. The line will be operated by Paradise Cruise & Ferry with M/V Isabella 1. http://paradisecruises.ru/
